How do I contact A.R. Mechanical about membership?

A.R. Mechanical, 49 Lakeshore Dr., North Bay, ON P1A 2A4. Phone (705) 472-6117. Email admin@ar-mechanical.ca . Hours Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Cancellation terms belong in the agreement. Ask whether the plan is annual, whether a visit already completed is billed, and how much notice is required. Do not enroll on a verbal “cancel anytime” unless that line is on the form.

Call (705) 472-6117 or use the form on ar-mechanical.ca and ask for the Membership Program. Have the equipment list ready: furnace, boiler, heat pump, air conditioner, rooftop unit, and how many systems are on the site. The office will confirm the price, the number of visits, and what is excluded.

How do I book a membership visit?

Call (705) 472-6117 or email admin@ar-mechanical.ca and say you are booking a membership tune-up. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Fall heating visits should be booked before the first hard freeze. Spring cooling visits should be booked before the first heat wave.

What is not included?

Duct cleaning, new equipment, refrigerant leak repair, heat-exchanger replacement, and after-hours work are not assumed to be included. Electrical upgrades, duct changes, and rental-company buy-outs are separate. Read the exclusions on the agreement before you sign.

Does the plan cover a rental water heater or a rented furnace?

Maintenance can be done on rented equipment if you are allowed to use your own contractor. Repairs and replacement may still belong to the rental company. Check the rental contract before you enroll a rented furnace, boiler, or water heater.

Can I put a new furnace or heat pump on the plan?

Yes. New equipment should go on a maintenance schedule as soon as it is installed. Annual service is also what most manufacturers expect if a warranty claim is ever made. Confirm the warranty wording on your unit. Membership does not replace the manufacturer warranty.

When should I start a membership in North Bay?

Enroll before the season you care about. Fall is the right time for furnaces and boilers. Spring is the right time for air conditioners. A heat pump should be on the schedule before either peak. Starting after a breakdown still helps next season.

Is membership cheaper than paying for tune-ups one at a time?

Usually yes once heating and cooling are both being serviced, and it is cheaper than a mid-winter emergency call. Compare the annual fee with the cost of a fall furnace tune-up plus a spring air conditioner tune-up. The office can run that comparison for your equipment.

How much does the Membership Program cost?

Pricing is not published as a flat rate because it depends on the equipment, the number of systems, and whether the site is a house or a commercial building. Call (705) 472-6117 for the current residential and commercial price. Get the visit count and what is excluded in writing.
