Warm air usually means a dirty filter, a failed capacitor or contactor, low refrigerant from a leak, a frozen coil, or a thermostat set to Heat or Fan. Replace the filter and confirm the thermostat is set to Cool. If it still blows warm, shut it off and book service so a low-refrigerant unit is not run dry.
