A heating tune-up covers the heat exchanger and flue, flame sensor and igniter, gas pressure and combustion, safety controls, blower, filter, thermostat, and condensate drain. A cooling tune-up covers the filter, coils, condenser, condensate drain, refrigerant pressures, capacitors, contactor, and thermostat. Gas work is done by a licensed gas technician.
