Who do I call if my furnace stops in a North Bay winter?

Call A.R. Mechanical at (705) 472-6117. A no-heat furnace is treated as a priority in the heating season. Check the thermostat, the furnace switch, and the breaker first. If those are fine, leave the unit off and book a licensed gas technician rather than resetting it all day.

Does A.R. Mechanical offer emergency HVAC service in North Bay?

Yes. A.R. Mechanical prioritizes no-heat and no-cool calls in North Bay and the surrounding area, and local customers have had same-day service. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Call (705) 472-6117 as early as possible and describe the failure so the next available licensed technician can be scheduled.

How do I book industrial HVAC service?

Call (705) 472-6117, email admin@ar-mechanical.ca , or use the form on ar-mechanical.ca. Say whether you need a repair, a maintenance contract, or a replacement quote, and name the equipment if you know it.

Do you cover more than one industrial site?

Yes. A.R. Mechanical can put more than one North Bay property on a maintenance schedule so inspections happen in season instead of as emergency calls. Ask about multi-site membership.

How long does an industrial unit replacement take?

A straight rooftop or unit-heater swap is often one to two days if the curb or hanging location matches and the unit is in stock. A boiler replacement, curb change, or duct rebuild takes longer. Timing is confirmed after the site visit.

What should a plant manager have ready when they call?

Have the site address, unit make and model, fuel type, whether the fault is heat, cool, or airflow, any error code, and whether the floor is down. A photo of the rating plate speeds parts.

Can you take over a site that was on a national service contract?

Yes. Local owners have moved heating plants off large rental and national plans onto A.R. Mechanical for owned equipment and local response. Get the contract end date and any buy-out in writing before the switch.

Do you service ventilation for welding or dusty shops?

A.R. Mechanical services the make-up air, exhaust connections, and HVAC that support a shop. Dedicated fume extraction and dust collection are specialized systems. Say what is in the space when you book so the visit is scoped correctly.

Are your industrial technicians licensed for gas equipment?

Gas-fired heaters, boilers, and rooftop units in Ontario must be worked on by a licensed gas technician. A.R. Mechanical uses G3, G2, and G1 licensed fitters. Ask to see licensing on any gas job.
